Where is the hotel located? Our hotel is located only 20 m from the Hermann Maier World Cup piste and 50m from the Starjet-Lift.
It‘s only 180 m to the centre of the village.
How are the rooms equipped? All rooms have a SHOWER/WC, Sat-TV, Mini fridge with safe and Internet connection on request.
Does the hotel have a lift? No.
Does the hotel have a car park?Yes, there are sufficient parking spaces surrounding the hotel.
What is there for breakfast?We offer guests a generous breakfast buffet every day:
Fresh bread and pastries, various jams, Nutella and honey, also ham, sausage, cheese, fresh vegetables, various cheese spreads as well as meat spreads, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, muesli, cornflakes, soft eggs and egg dishes.
Drinks: filter coffee, hot chocolate, various kinds of tea, milk and fruit juices.
Are there any apartments? No, but we have double rooms which can take an extra bed if required.
Do you take dogs?Out of consideration for our guests we do not take pets.
Do you accept credit cards or EC cards?Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or EC cards. You can pay the amount payable in cash here or by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival.
When can we get into our room and when must we vacate the room? The rooms are available from 14.00 and should be vacated on the day of departure by 10.00.
Is there a supermarket nearby? Yes, 180 m away from the hotel.
Is there a skiing school nearby?Yes, the nearest skiing school is 50m away.
Where is the nearest bus stop to the skiing area Flachauwinkl-Zauchensee?180 m away from the hotel.
How far is it to the nearest restaurants?There are many restaurants all around the hotel which you can reach on foot. Many restaurants offer food to take away.
Do you offer half-board? Our Hotel-Garni does not offer lunch or dinner, unfortunately. From 16.00 we have a small menu offering snacks and drinks.
Is there a lounge? If you want a cosy place to meet, our breakfast room serves as a comfortable lounge.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel? Out of consideration for our guests we have a no smoking policy throughout the hotel, however, there are sufficient ash trays and seating on the balcony for you to smoke there.
Do you have an Internet-Point?We have free Internet at the reception and Internet in the room on request.
Is there a wellness area?We have a sauna with open-air courtyard.
Do I need to take hand towels and robe for the Sauna? No, in the sauna area there are sauna towels and robes for you included in the price.
Does every room have a balcony?None of the rooms have a direct access to a balcony; instead the hotel has an all-around balcony accessible from every floor.
I am intolerant to white flour and need to eat gluten-free bread. Do I need to take it with me from home?No, we are happy to get gluten-free bread from our baker for you.
